How Does it Work?

  • Step 1. You recognise that you have a problem that may be able to be addressed with counselling.
  • Step 2. You have an initial 10 minute conversation (no charge) with Eva to determine what kind of counselling would best work for your situation.
  • Step 3. If Eva and you agree to proceed, an appointment is arranged. You will need to provide your contact details and pre pay for your Service to confirm the appointment.
  • Step 4. You then attend the appointment by telephone or online, during which a treatment plan is agreed and if appropriate, the next appointment is planned. Appointments are scheduled to fit in with your lifestyle and availability until the problem is resolved or at a point where you feel it is more manageable for you.
